Playing with other musicians is an essential part of developing as a musician. At London School of Music, we encourage our students to collaborate with others from an early stage. In our band practice sessions, you will have the opportunity to:

• Elevate your playing by performing in a band.

• Learn how to engage with fellow musicians in a musical setting.

• Explore various musical genres, from Rock and Pop to Jazz, Soul, Blues, and more.

• Recommend songs you'd like to master.

• Focus on song structure and arrangements.

• Improve timing, improvisation, and soloing techniques.

• Build a repertoire of songs.

• Perform your practiced pieces at London School of Music's biannual concerts.

 

Our band practice sessions are scheduled as follows:

When: Every Friday from 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Who: All students aged between 8 to 12

Where: The Pill Box 115 Coventry Road London E2 6GG

When: Every Friday from 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Who: All students aged between 12 to 16

Where: The Pill Box 115 Coventry Road London E2 6GG

When: Every Friday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Who: All students aged 16+

Where: The Pill Box 115 Coventry Road London E2 6GG
